Valuer-General Issues Annual Land Valuations
On 7 March 2018, the Valuer-General issued annual land valuations for 22 Local Government areas in Queensland, including the Banana Shire Council.
The new land valuations are effective from 30 June 2018 and are used to calculate Local Government rates, state land tax and state land rental (for leasehold land), where applicable.
A print version of the valuation listing for the relevant Local Government area is available for viewing at the Banana Shire Council Chambers, 62 Valentine Plains Road, Biloela.

Please Note: A valuation decrease or increase does not mean that rates will also decrease or increase by the same amount.
