Banana Shire Council hereby gives notice that, unless all overdue rates and expenses of sale owing in relation to this land (which land is more particularly described in the Schedule below) are sooner paid, the said land will be sold by public auction at 10:00am, Monday 17th October 2022 at Banana Shire Council, Shire Chambers, 62 Valentine Plains Road, Biloela.
