Banana Shire Council has a parcel of land in our Readon St Industrial site available for commercial rental.

Permitted use of this site is for storage only.

The successful tenant will be responsible for all costs including (grounds maintenance, water use, electricity, site security, site access maintenance & any other costs associated with conducting your storage operations from this site).

Submissions are required to address the evaluation criteria below.

1. Please advise of the intended items to be stored should you be successful.
2. Please advise do you have appropriate environmental permits for the items you seek to store (please include evidence of this)
3. Please include your businesses Work Health and Safety Policy.
