Banana Shire Council would like to advise Moura and Banana residents to conserve town water until Monday 9 October 2023.

Due to low water levels in the river Council is currently  repositioning water intakes from the river to access the best quality water for treatment and supply to town.

As a precaution we ask residents to please refrain from using sprinklers, washing cars, filling pools, gardening or any activities that will use high consumption of water until further advised.
