• The hanger is in a good condition.  

• Council is able to offer a 5 year lease. 

• Site visits can be arranged by contacting the Senior Land and Lease Management Coordinator on 07 4992 9500. 

Description of Property 

• This hanger has its own access gate (secured at all times) on River Road 

• The Aerodrome site is fully fenced.   

• There is no power or water connected to this site.  

• Permitted use is the Storage of Aircraft and associated aviation activity.
