Description of Property
Currently zoned as rural agricultural land under Council’s Planning Scheme 2021. There is boundary fencing present on this lease. Clearing of any timber present on this property is not permitted unless approval is obtained from the Council. Maintenance of existing fences will be a responsibility of the successful lessee. Fences must be maintained to a standard to ensure stock are not able to leave the property. Lessee must ensure the land is not overgrazed and grass cover must be present all year round to ensure soil erosion prevention.
Weed control is also a responsibility of the lessee
