Banana Shire Council has three car parks available for lease at the front of the Biloela Information Centre.
The Information Centre is located at 2 Valentine Plains Road in Biloela (Lot 202 on SP271507).
This will be a ten (10) year lease.

Description of Property
Currently zoned as Recreation and Open Space, the lease will be over three existing car parks at the front of the Information Centre.
It will be the lessee’s responsibility to insure the lease area for a minimum of $20 million in public liability.
