Fishing enthusiasts are in luck, as the Moura Muddy Water Fishing Classic is back on this Easter (8th & 9th April) at Apex Park, Moura, on the beautiful Dawson River, with events beginning Friday afternoon 7th April (with nominations, food, raffles & outdoor movie).

Enter the competition or enjoy watching the action!  Juniors $10 (Under 13 years), Seniors $20

Competition begins on Saturday morning at 6am with the first weigh-in at 7am.  This competition is all about family fun with juniors making up more than half of the number of seniors in the game!

Dave ‘Hodgey’ Hodge will be returning to the competition this year, demonstrating his casting skills!  A licensed bar will be operating Saturday and Sunday with Entertainment.

Free camping facilities are available at Apex Park with powered and unpowered sites and hot showers.

Established back in 2003, the Fishing Classic has released more than 400,000 Barra and Yellow Belly fingerlings (in the main) to restock river supplies.
